      • 5th–7th decades.
        • immune complex deposition
          • hepatitis B virus HIV
  • necrosis and destruction of the walls of vessels.
      • kidneys70-80%
      • heart spleen lung – rare
  • diagnosis
      • clinical symptoms and laboratory data,
      • biopsy
      • angiogram provides the proof in some cases.
        • microaneurysms in medium or small arteries.
        • stenosis
        • occlusion
