Aberrant origin of the Right Subclavian Artery

The CT scan with contrast is from a 20 year old female with chest pain and reveals an aberrant origin of the right subclavian artery. The right subclavian artery (red arrow) arises as the last vessel off the aortic arch and travels posterior to the esophagus (light pink overlay in b) and compresses the esophagus against the trachea (teal blue in c). Images a,b, and c are in the axial projection while image d is a reconstructed image in the coronal plane.
